Dealer Services Coordinator

We are seeking a Dealer Services Coordinator to join our team, reporting to the Associate Vice-President, Dealer Services. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders including Operations, Fund Administrators, and Dealer back offices to support the monitoring and execution of a wide range of Dealer requests.
This is a new full‑time, in‑office position based in Toronto, with an expected annual compensation range of $60,000–$75,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Be first point on contact for client service inquiries such as account and trade-related requests
- Coordinate the execution of Dealer requests with Fund Administrators, including quality control of their processing
- Monitoring progress, managing risks, and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed of Dealer requests
- Work through large volumes of Dealer requests during tax season (i.e. slip duplication fulfillment, answering tax-related inquires, etc.)
- Participate in and contribute to project and team meetings, interacting and collaborating with team members and service providers
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Undergraduate university degree (focus on Finance or Commerce an asset);
- Previous experience (1-2 years) working in Financial Services preferred (experience in Asset Management an asset);
- Completed or working towards additional accreditations such as CSC, CIM;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with all stakeholders;
- Above average proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and to prioritize;
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment;
- Bilingualism in French/English) is considered an asset;
- Proven ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
